Bouncing Ninjas – Rules of Play

At Bouncing Ninjas, our team is here to maintain and clean the play equipment, as well as to ensure a fun environment for everyone. However, please note that our staff are not responsible for supervising your children. While we've taken every precaution to make our play center safe, we cannot be held liable for accidents that may occur during play. Please adhere to all the following rules.

Supervision is required: Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision, behavior, and well-being of their children at all times. Please ensure your child is closely monitored while playing.
Respectful play: Fighting, bullying, or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Those involved may be asked to leave the premises.
Hygiene first: Children should use the restroom and wash their hands before entering the play area to maintain cleanliness for all guests.
Nappy changes & potty use: Nappy changing and potty use should be done in the designated toilet area near reception. Please dispose of nappies in the proper bins provided.
No food or drink: To keep our play areas clean and safe, no food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed while using the equipment.
Socks required: Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults entering the play area. Parents assisting their children must also wear socks.
Remove sharp items: Please remove jewelry, badges, and other sharp objects before entering the play area to prevent injuries.
Unwell children: If your child is feeling unwell, we ask that they refrain from using the play equipment to ensure the health of others.
Lost or stolen items: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Items left unattended are at your own risk.
Play session limits: Each play session is limited to 1.5 hours to allow everyone the chance to enjoy the space.
Politeness towards staff: Rudeness or abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave if this occurs.
End of the day: At closing time, please exit promptly to allow our team to clean and secure the facility for the next day of play.
Privacy and data: During booking, we collect personal data to manage your reservation. Occasionally, we may use this data to inform you of upcoming events. Rest assured, we will never sell your information to third parties.
Tickets and refunds: All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can change your booking by emailing us or through your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
